Fruit is high in fructose.
Fructose spikes insulin.
Insulin is a fat-storage hormone.
Lots of insulin creates insulin resistance.
Insulin resistance = diabetes.

LMAO. You do know that above 1700 kcal of glucose in the cells, the rest converts to FAT, right? Open your mind. The body doesn't store much glucose, it stores FAT, signalled by INSULIN.

No it is really hard for your body to convert sugar into fat. Excess sugar gust gets burnt off. How am I so skinny if I dump sugar into my smoothies? Why aren’t Asians obese with all of the rice they eat?

It is clear that you are emotionally attached to your vegan position, so no matter what I say you will remain unconvinced. No matter what evidence is presented.
I will leave you to your way, and I will live my way.

Ok but your evidence is incorrect and you will never achieve the results I am getting long term. Veganism goes a lot deeper than just being a diet

You don't know what you're talking about.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fructolysis
"Unlike glucose, fructose is not an insulin secretagogue, and can in fact lower circulating insulin."
This is common knowledge.

You also don't understand the actual mechanism behind type 2 diabetes. It's caused by glucose not being taken up into muscle due to being blocked by intramyocellular lipids, thus circulating glucose and insulin remains high.
Your model needs reworking.
