When the police pull you over and they ask for license and you give them one, you just gave up all your born given Rights to travel and you are now using Driving Privilege's the cops get to do anything they want to you also if you give them a home address all does things are federal own (license and home address using abbreviation of the States like FL for Florida NJ for New Jersey and so on).
