Folding@Home and SETI@Home flopped because they had no financial incentive structure entangled with their GPU hashing. It was altruistic.

BSV changes this. Now GPU miners will get paid for every single second they are mining for compute projects.

Yes. GPU miners won't be mining BitCoin blocks they will be mining transactions or large data sets rapidly looking for information that the clients request. Read this:

For someone who isn’t a miner, can you clarify. I thought the end result was a network of very large miners. Are you suggesting that smaller ones can exist with a different function?
