For what it’s worth, my take on nuts is that you shouldn’t over do them. If you’ve ever seen an almond tree it hits you in the face how much work the tree goes through for one little almond. The density of nuts is immense comparatively so it stands to reason we shouldn’t overdo them. But I definitely partake!
