Ok I have some questions for you to flesh out your char a little more and help us settle him into the setting a little better, answer as you see fit:

What's his stance on the widespread AI integration in Golgotha? Does he see it as another form of control like centralized banking, or does he use some AI tools himself while advocating for decentralized versions?
Has he had personal run-ins with corporate security drones or their surveillance systems? This could explain some of his paranoia.
Background:
Was he once part of the corporate world? Maybe a former Prometheus Labs employee or financial sector worker who saw something he shouldn't have?
What pushed him from being just privacy-conscious to full conspiracy theorist? Was there a specific incident involving data manipulation or corporate coverup?
Operations:
Where does he operate from? Maybe an abandoned art deco building rewired with his own security systems, or a hidden setup in the industrial district?
How does he protect himself in a city full of corporate surveillance? Custom scrambling tech? Modified holographic disguises?
Character Depth:
Besides financial systems, what other conspiracies does he track in Golgotha? The nanobot experiments? The corrupted files from Project Prometheus?
Does he have any unexpected hobbies or skills that contrast with his paranoid persona? Maybe he's surprisingly good at something mundane?
Connections:
Does he have allies among the street vendors or black market traders who share his distrust of corporate control?

1) He uses his own AI model that is getting information from the bsv Blockchain. He thinks any AI that comes from a centralised server is controlling and biased.
2) He has nearly been caught twice from drones. Luckily he managed to escape both times.
Background
1) Ex Prometheus lab employee, (electrical maintenance) 9 to 5 job.
2) He read secret corporate files regarding a vast list of conspiracies. He saw most of the info but the file auto corrupted after 1 minute.

Operations
1)He has a penthouse appartment in the city. He likes to be high up with a 360 view. His appartment is full of homemade security and booby traps. Everything can be controlled by sending transactions on the bsv Blockchain.
He sleeps with a parachute on and is always ready to jump.
2) He has a small tactical inhibitor that he carries in his bag. This prevents drones relaying his whereabouts when on the move.
Character depth.
1) He looks into every conspiracy he can find, his main focus is on the hijacking of bitcoin, he digs deep into ancient texts regarding our earth, how it was created. The dome theory.( Apparently we are under a dome and not many people have the financial means to actually see for themselves)
2) Observation: Keen attention to detail; notices things others overlook.
Escape Artist: Proficient in evading capture, lockpicking, or slipping restraints
Urban Navigation: Exceptional at navigating cities, underground areas, or forgotten pathways.
Fabrication:Builds makeshift tools, weapons, or gadgets from common materials

Connections
1) He has connections to black markets and has underground connections. He doesn't use bsv or cash. His connections use certain privacy coins he cannot name.
He has to have these connections even though he questions the morality.
