What was the resolution of the FB lawsuit, did ya win?
I am awaiting a decision on Facebook's motion to dismiss. Discovery has been stayed while that's pending so I won't get to depose Zuckerberg yet. Given the track record of courts across the country, I expect to have to appeal the trial court's decision.
