it is too easy for admin to take your non salted encryption and run it thru decryption, i know admin could already just take funds but people often use same passwords elsewhere (fools)

hashes are not encryption, they're just (irreversible) congesion algos. Yes I know youde say concat or salt then store hash but still, those aren't encryption and as you can see, many are treating them as encryption but shouldn't. eg AES is encryption.
