Your question was not easy. Sounds quite complex but my conclusion right now is something like "VMF" -> Valued Metrics Framework
That could be a way to describe the usage of a token as i think about it. For ai analysis of transactions the metrics have to be declared in raw numbers (values in figures) and the framework could be about location/categorization of the good etc.
But this is very fresh. Have to think more about this to make my thoughts precise.
