would be way more lucrative than training to become a desk jockey and u can make good money while you're in school

If it were a course everyone would do it then it would no longer be profitable. The trick is to have edge. You can't learn that in school, you need to find it in yourself ;)
I agree with that, but I also believe there are other benefits from being exposed to the markets early on, like developing a good tolerance to fluctuations, being patient and tolerating financial risk.
I absolutely agree. There are many lessons to be learnt from the financial markets, many just revolving around controlling your own emotions. You learn a lot about yourself when starting out, and usually the worst traits come out strongest. Being able to
control the bad traits is a skill... fear, greed, anxiety.
Those who can succeed will become more refined, intuitive, patient.
