I really feel for this lady. I know it’s ’the Internet’ but I think she is reflecting what’s going on in the larger ‘collective’. I think the comment is real and on target too.
Solutions are in my book the same ans they aever were: .. have compassion for yourself, make yourself as strong and resilient emotionally, physically and mentally; and help others with your strength.

Pretty much everyone in the UK is feeling like this currently. They (the government) have absolutely trashed our economy and the value of the pound whilst interest rates are rising steadily. It is all crashing in slow motion. It’s honestly quite frightening how out of control it all is. Absolute sociopath of a Prime Minister doesn’t help.
