I quickly created a Steganordinal collection. Due to lack of time, I've only minted five works so far, but they are enough for testing. I plan to add more tomorrow.
For reference, I uploaded a 164kb image and it cost about $1. This is a higher fee than regular image minting, but it is probably reasonable since it uses steganography technology.
By the way, no "reveal action" will occur if you try to view it from a wallet other than your own.
If you're interested, please take a look.

Why a steganographic NFT is more expensive than a conventional Ordinals.?
Inscribing a hidden secret require a much larger "digital canvas" than a standard NFT. While a conventional Ordinal might use a small, compressed image, our steganordinals need to use high-resolution carrier images and a high-quality PNG format to prevent data loss. This result in a larger final file size, directly increasing the storage space required on the blockchain. Consequently the final cost depent of final size, the minting service fee on our platform is $0.20/MB, plus a miner fee of approximately 100 sat/KB.
To give users complete control over their costs and needs, I will implement four storage tiers for secret imagens (100 KB, 1 MB, 2 MB, and 5 MB). By selecting your preferred tier, you will pay for both the visible artwork and the secure, permanent storage of the data hidden within it. We currently have a carrier image of ~1MB as our pilot feature, but these upcoming resolutions will allow you to select the best cost/benefit option and ensure your secrets remain visually imperceptible and secure, turning your NFT into a semi-private digital vault on the blockchain.
Note: It is necessary to include a steganography flag present in the ordinal's metadata so that the software can quickly detect which ordinals are of this type. More private versions require removing this flag, but the secret would not be revealed as easily as with a single click as we designed it. It would require prior knowledge of the creator or owner to extract the secret, as in the collections of Japanese creators we discussed previously.

For record purposes only, the secret image cannot be revealed here in @treechat , nor on the1Sat Market or @ZoideNFT for now, until the method is standardized, keeping the concept of allowing access only to the owner, creator, or with a paid to view option for a third party. The information is not encrypted, simply hidden.
