Fall is here ^___^
The only thing which bothers me so much in this season is my Allergy.
My seasonal allergy is very annoying to me, My eyes are constantly full of tears and I always have itchy nose and severe runny nose😪😬😷

My health teacher was from Iran, he wrote the book You are not Sick you are Thirsty. He showed that Allergies are caused by dehydration, that is usually caused by a low salt diet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piY0a-b7zI0&t=111s

Hmm, I'm not sure if seasonal Allergy is caused by this :-? Me and my father both have this allergy, even my aunt had it bacl then.

I guarentee it works. It is just a matter of balancing sweet and salty foods. These days especially in the west, most people eat lots of sweets and only a little salty foods. People have been told salt is so bad that they eat almost no salt anymore.
