The fact that I had to build a bitcoin library from scratch, in 2019, *before* I can write apps for bitcoin says a lot about the stagnation over the last ten years.

Once the devs get rich because of price bubbles, most of them retire or start their own project on other chains. Maybe it will be different with BSV. Hopefully the price doesn't skyrocket like BTC did. If devs are mainly paid from app fees that could help.
A successful app/business should not be reliant on crypto price movements. I think everyone doing product development on BSV aim to be profitable regardless of BSV dollar value: well at least I am 😊
Put another way, I would be perfectly happy if the USD price of BSV stayed at $95 in perpetuity.
