Experience or skills?

Experience is helpful in deciding how to apply your skills. So both? And you can keep learning and honing skills until you die.

Can one be skilled with no experience?

Good question. I don’t think so. But if you need to decide what is more important, what would you choose?

It's circular, and this is hypothetical.

If talking about a career, then if one is mindful, the level of skill should increase with experience.

I have met people that demonstrate the opposite though. 😆
