In some part of your mind you do know that a contract can only be considered freely agreed to if it's not signed under duress. That's the whole point I'm making here is that owners use systemic violence to compel workers to agree to obviously unfair terms.

That doesn't exclude the ones that you freely agree to.
The worst kind of contract is the one that has negative consequences, but you fully agreed to it based on your attraction to a specific part of it that sounded good to you.
