I can relate to this today
I think we've all got days like that.
I don't get this
What does " flavor of the month " means and use for ?
I did Google translate it but it didn't means any thing:-?
The expression "flavor of the month" means latest trend or fad. The expression isn't right for this situation however in context his message is still clear to English speakers. I think the expression "not everyone's cup of tea" would be more appropriate.
πππ now I get it , thank you for explaining ππ₯°π€©
At least in the States, the term was popularized by a chain of ice cream shops which started in the 1940's. They would feature a unique ice cream flavor each month.
π€©π€©π€© so that is the exact reason , thank you for informing me ππΌπββοΈ
There are reasons why I chose that particular phrase :)
But the cup of tea expression also works.
I see. You are not trying to win a social consensus popularity contest. Truth matters. those here understand that. Your twetch and the expression are poetic now that i rethink it....
Speaking of, I see you branched a twetch of mine that includes conclusions I made in error... Gotta go let the readers know! lol
Oh, looks like you just 'liked' a branch. That makes it easier for me haha.
If I branched anything it was not on purpose. I don't even know what that means lol. I did like something cause I was glad Daniel was looking into the BCH thing but yes I saw your retraction and decided to wait to read anything.
I am just trying to make sure that my error doesn't propagate and turn into belief. As you said, truth matters.
