At the moment "private" companies, who are in bed with government can sell their shitty products to the citizen without ever having to communicate with the citizen directly, because of those centralized points of power and available taxmoney honeypots. Eliminate those middlemen and fight for p2p! At the moment we have too many "hops" in between, where middlemen just sit there getting paid doing nothing or even bad stuff. This is probably what CSW referred to when he mentioned Microsoft's paper on "red balloons"and that at some point every additional "hop/middlemen" can be corrupted and will serve not as a positive hop, but as a negative one.
