Were you ever scammed by miners that implemented replace by fee functionality, which gives them the possibility to selectively (ex)include transactions in mempool, before finalizing them in a block?

That’s not how Bitcoin (should) work you see, miners should work towards including as much as possible (optimal all) pending transactions to settle them in next block. That’s what BSV miners with Shadders leading, are doing with “unfuckening”.
