Europe's re-armament looks like the beginning of a self-fullfilling prophecy:
Putin obviously never planned to attack Europe. That's either a lie or a psychotic delusion. But he knows that the NWO wants Russia either controlled or destroyed.
So now he's looking at those planning the destruction of his country buying weapon systems like there's no tomorrow and he has to decide:
Do I wait until they are ready to attack us around 2030 under some pretext, or do I strike first?
