Some EU theorists have proposed that stars including our sun have a relatively cool and possibly even solid or liquid core surrounded by the plasma atmosphere where the actual energy generation occurs, which would make the true sun a kind of black sun with a luminous plasma shell. The black sun also carries enormous symbolic weight across many cultures and esoteric traditions, appearing in alchemical texts, Norse mythology, various indigenous cosmologies, and numerous spiritual traditions as a symbol of hidden or occult energy, the invisible source behind visible creation, the dark light that underlies manifest reality. !gptimage2
