I did Not realize my VPN was disconnected <facepalm> and I am in a state that prohibits BSV...problem solved. I switched to Oxis thanks to @1850 . My route is, send BTC from my coinbase wallet to my Oxis wallet, convert BTC to BSV, send BSV to @2459 .

Do you have to pay high network fees sending out BTC from Coinbase?

.45 Cents USD on $35 USD worth of BTC transfer. Oxis charged $5 USD to convert that $35 BTC to BSV.
