If there was an easy way to buy the dip in local taxi companies, I would do it right now. It’s clear that Uber is built on top of an unsustainable model and I don’t think it can last much longer

I was just in Austin, TX for four days and travelled by Uber 100%. Couldn't convince me Uber isn't awesome and the future. Idk the business details though, share what's unsustainable?

They are subsidizing ride fares but borrowing an extreme amount of money. In order to just sustain themselves they must go into more and more debt. Ride fairs will spike massively very soon
