I made the case for a possible and plausible scenario that is supported by the evidence.
You claim that the driver shot him, with a "heart attack gun" that is verifiably a reflection, that in spite of shooting a tiny poison dart, explodes his entire head.
One of us is captured by confirmation bias. That's for sure.

Rewatch the three missing frames, and tell me what the driver is doing with the most awkward reach around is he scratching his armpit what's going on there and then the passenger jumps out of his seat as that's happening the driver doesn't turn around he keeps looking forward and the whole motion is super fucking awkward and yeah that's where you can see the smoke dude.

I watched it. I believed it for a long time. Then I watched more. There is no gun.
Most certainly not a heart attack gun that shoots a tiny projectile but blows up his head.
