If you mint the video it becomes your data because you payed for it. In that case: yes it's 4ever on the blockchain but you can besides that also hide or protect your ordinal by keeping it private (meaning dont publisch / share it on the public stream). I'm sure @metamitya will inform you some more when help needed. Good luck.
But so far only 14MB video mints are possible, right?
