I drove 21 of the last 24 hours. My hotel room is moving as I try to unwind and sleep. and I am only half way there. I thought the future was supposed to bring transporters and hover boards?

Gosh that sucks, but the past future did bring an equivalent mode called air travel.
Indeed my situation is unique so I should not judge the wider world. I wish I could have flown but driving is necessary for bureaucratic reasons. I still want my hover board damn it
