I believe so too - the many types of dreams. In the last year I've started to have dreams where I feel fairly certain I am in another actuality as me (timeline maybe..) and it's in the present time. The quality for these are quite different - than other types.
I do the intention thing before sleep from time to time thanks for the reminder
