Theoretically. So as you approach locking up all coins but the last one it contains all the value ever possible but once locked suddenly it's value disappear since there's no more coins.
well if hypothetically all coins were locked the value would absolutely shit the bed lol it would just be a dead asset, like a stock for a business that isn't around anymore
but because of bsvs low fees and high throughput you would still be able to use it as opposed to other chains
