Is double spending really that bad, given appropriate circumstances? If you give a transaction via P2P to another party, and they fail to broadcast, if legally you should be able to cancel the payment, then why shouldn't you have the option? -- rt12

Just unrelated words. The law comes before any ability to maintain some philosophical purity. We see people try and control us with ambiguous demands, like permission-less, trust-less, cash and so on. Reality is better than any dream. -- rt12
