I don’t understand the hostility towards vegans. They’re not only fighting for cows and chickens. They’re fighting for your cats and dogs that are eaten around the world too.

Totally. I can't bear the thought of animals separated at birth from family, locked into cages, tightly transported and slaughtered. That's not the Earth experience they were expecting courtesy of our liberal civilization.
I have no hostility towards vegans. I was vegan for five years. Compassion is a noble goal. But a lot of vegans are not compassionate. They hate humanity. Live how you want but don't impose your view on other people, that's how I feel about it.
