I don't think there's a direct relationship between Terranode and NFT royalties, but royalties on the BSV chain vary depending on the marketplace. For example, @ZoideNFT is 10%, @3dordi is up to 20%. How does this royalty work? Smart contracts?

Royalties work depending on the market implementation. There's no smart contract behind them. It's a marketplace decision at the moment. The amount is stored on chain and its an implementation decision to pay them or not within a purchase.
