I don't think it was justified, but I hate the artificial outrage. This is modus operandi. You accelerate during a stop and you get shot, more so if a cop's in the way. Who cried about the last 100 guys who acccellerated during a control and got shot?
Nobody.
It's only a thing now because it can be used as a political tool - and a psychological one:
It got conservatives arguing that shooting a woman (obvious not accustomed to accountability) in the head because she was cos-playing as a revolutionary.
Trump is slowly turning conservatives into jack -boot-wearing-goons supporting totalitarians.

I agree with this, totally they've also managed to leave out this poor woman's background of having her children taken from her multiple times and also allowing her spouse if that's what you want to call them, to put cigarettes out on the kids they could've written a letter to their congressman fact of the matter seems that they showed up in the real world and got to learn about the nature of reality
And yes, the manufactured outrage is absolutely fucking disgusting
