I don't know who needs to hear this, but look at PQQ supplement if you want a much stronger ability to focus and concentrate.
Trying to rule out the placebo effect here, but man this stuff is good.

FWIW, I take Hardy Nutritionals' Optimal Balance micronutrient blend. They have more powerful stuff, mostly for people suffering from mental illness, but Optimal Balance for Men works well for me!
This is my upgrade from Q Sciences' Q 96.
