I don't deal with toxic people any more.
No toxic users. No toxic employees. No toxic investors. No toxic friendships. No toxic partners. No toxic media. No toxic relationships of any sort.

By "toxic" I mean anyone who takes away from me to give to themselves.
Thanks Ryan for helping me find my way to BSV and the truth. I am forever grateful.
This is a very wise choice I think. Choosing to not have your time, effort and focus stolen seems to becoming a wider movement.
I'll twetch to that!
that's what privacy is about. The ability to choose.

Wow! Strong statement. Seems like you must have been through some rough weather
BOOM! Thank you for upholding a standard of mutually beneficial relationships (win-win) and not tolerating parasitic ones (win-lose). Parasites can stay in the darkness.
Exactly, Craig.
If you can limit how much they are able to take, you can use what you can give them as a reward to train them how to be less toxic. That's what I do with cult members but it takes a long time so you have to be satisfied with baby steps.
@CosmosStag - you can have some persuasive influence with repeated occasional instances of piercing their mental armor, but the choice to know, in the end, will be theirs.
Yes it's best if you are interacting with lots of people at the same time because if you can't really know how much another person is going to respond until you've used a lot of energy. With groups you know that some people will respond.
Oh yeah that makes sense. Like making videos on the internet.
Yes, energy vampires, people who only take... Sometimes it's hard to get over one's own bias and differentiate between toxic people and people who just have a strong opinion opposed to yours.
@cbergman like most things, it is hard at first, but gets easier and easier with practice.
Yes, that's life experience. But being overconfident here is very dangerous because it can lead to mental echo bubbles
do you still intoxicate? surely you are inspiring and some who are inspired become intoxicated, just a thought. Nuff RESPECT.
