Who doesn't like a sweet refreshing cucumber in their salads during those hot summer days?
Well I do and so I planted also a few of those.
I still remember last year, they were very sweet. I am not sure if that had something to do with the fact that melons and watermelons were planted exactly next to them.
Maybe someone knows?

A little over a month further in to the summer so it is time for an update on those cucumbers.
All the cucumber plants are growing like crazy and are producing lots of flowers.
Some plants carry some small cucumbers on them already so let's see how we can grow those BIG.
Some of those small cucumbers are turning yellow so I have to find out why that is and how to anticipate to that.
