No. Goes to a separate wallet where funds are held and revenue share paid out.
Currently only topup can be done via https://windbell.app/feeds

No, each Windbell / Twetch account has two wallets, one to pay for Twetches and one to account for revenue and revenue sharing.
if i top up an account someone else created, do i earn?
