1. anonymous defamation is not credible.
2. BSV chain could be used to determine identity, but it isn't necessarily used this way. i have not registered all my sats with some authority, nor do i want to, nor does one that provides legal basis even exist.

"Anonymous defamation" just refers to someone or thing (entity) who has not been identified, but this DOE i.e. john or jane doe does nothing to absolve his, her or it's clear guilt if defamation occurred.
