Looks good, but too few protein friend, should be inverse proportions.
Salmon and nuts also in this dish. You cant't see good but there is also hemp for proteines in it.
I eat 3 times a day nuts for ptoteines, i eat 6 different kinds of nuts a day.
I almost eat no processed food ever, try to grow as much fruit as i can, also grow 40 types of herbs.
Be carefull, nuts have a lot of anti nutrients, you can't eat a lot daily. Animal based protein is better, all the essential aminoacids you need.
