The answer to your question is astoundingly simple. Whatever “bitcoin” follows the protocol is bitcoin. Right now it’s BSV, if BSV does what BTC and BCH did then the fork of BSV will be bitcoin. This goes on and on until it stops.

Not really. If the BSV chain is compromised and tweaked you can be comfortably certain that no competing chain will emerge. At least for this century.

There would be a group of people who would fork bitcoin again so they could retain the original protocol. I’m not saying it would succeed. If it didn’t succeed then bitcoin wouldn’t exist anymore.

Well, I suppose if there's anyone left after Craig has finished pile driving this thing into the ground, it might make for a fun high school science project.

When did CSW pile drive it into the ground? BSV has constantly been being developed on and expanding its ecosystem. What did I miss? The price is a speculative pump and dump... that has nothing to do with bitcoin growing right now.

Everything you wrote is correct, but ‘what people fail to understand’ is some BSV Maxi’s sold all manner of other tokens only because of what they interpreted as very clear warnings to do so. This has hitherto proven to be a catastrophic financial outcome.

The only catastrophe is that they didn’t get rich off of altcoins. They could have chosen to diversify if they just wanted fiat gains. Also, I didn’t hear them complaining when BSV rose from 37 to 420 dollars in a bear market.
