I'm not sure what is crazier, taking it for granted or still being surprised by it.
I truly hope that the boomers are the last generation that lives in complete denial of the nature of the state.
It's actually quite an impressive feat at this point. In spite of all the evidence of central planning, social engineering, omnipresent propaganda and indoctrination, outrageous corruption, illegal wars of aggression, unimaginable theft via taxation and inflation - and still they somehow manage to believe that the state is their benevolent dad/mom.
