DEI isn't about getting lebians of color into positions of power.
It's about putting people into positions of power who are loyal to the shadow communist world government.
A lot of them just happen to be lesbians of color or similar multiple-box-checkers of the intersectional paradigm.
The Party wants its people in all the important positions.
If straight, white Christian men could be trusted to be loyal to the UN agenda, they'd be hired in no time.
