Dear Craig, There are no contradictions. Life's complexity and human's irrationalty are bound by their nature to the non condradictory principle.
My understading of your last article is that we should not accept the contradiction and instead look deeper.

I agree with you. Human nature can be irrational BUT it cannot persist in that contradiction for an infinite amount of time, because the universe is not contradictory, only our understanding of it.
If we follow the facts wherever they lead, our understanding is never contradictory. Knowledge is always contextual. We always implicitly say that we know something is true within such context ( the scope of the context correlates to the known facts).
