So how can we watch the physical silver markets??? Also, what’s the best place to buy silver, if you can say ?

Best to buy from bona fide exchanges, with FDIC. That reduces the odds that you're getting lead or tungsten coated in silver or gold to fool you with the weight. People whinge and complain about the premiums and the price, but keep in mind no matter what you're paying right now if it's the real deal it's still cheap, just like real BitCoin (BSV).
I use trading view to watch the markets I will post a couple of screenshots. I used to price hunt on eBay for silver dollars, but I pretty much only purchased from APMEX, out of Oklahoma City because they have a stellar reputation and fair prices and I have never gotten phony metals from them. But there are many ways to peel the onion of your own acquisition of knowledge and material
The really important chart is gold against silver (XAUXAG). Remember the silver or gold against USD is a Fiat metric that does not represent the store of value as we've previously discussed
#XAGUSD
There is another point to consider… The US minted monies, such as gold eagle, silver eagles also called walking liberties are not only precious metals but they are straight up US money and not fiat because they were meant by the US treasury
