LOL! I’ve got Ukrainian in me. But TBH havarti is what we had in the fridge. I think something a little sharper would have worked better. But the miso honey butter is epic even on its own!! Just on sourdough toast. Mmmmmmmmm !nb

Haha..OK. I can imagine! Cheers to/ Zum Wohl für (to the health of) the Ukrainian in you, the Havarti in your fridge, and the Moso Honey in your butter. Sounds like speaking in code somehow. I've never heard about miso honey, so I'm guessing that it's miso AND honey? But never herd of that IN butter either. Interesting. Wondering if the fermented (miso) and the preservative (honey) could make your butter (hopefully raw) never expire!?
