But I've noticed you are throwing alcohol and tobacco in more frequently. Is that the plan?

It does. I have also been spending more time outside and doing harder and harder workouts. Getting to be normal to be semi sore all the time too!

馃槄... PM. Also the beer and Tobacco isn't really in the plan anywhere. (Besides trying to cut back), But with the weather changing and spending more time outdoors and at social gatherings, Ive been slipping a little! (Not an excuse.. Just reality)

What about the energy drinks too.... What is uptime? And wouldn't you be better off cutting out that instead of coffee?

I literally have been thinking the same thing. I am trying to finish off what I have, then I will purchase no more. Probably switch to coffee. Maybe nothing.
