Day 5 of intermittent fasting. Doing 18/6 (18 hours of no eating, 6 hours on) and feel great! Check out the research for yourself but our bodies were built to do this. Any other fasting peeps in the building?

I pretty much do this every day, since I don't eat breakfast. Frankly, breakfast seems like a scam. I'm not hungry when I wake up, why would I force myself to eat?
I do the same! Been doing 18/6 for a little over 2 years now. The app "Zero" has been a major help for keeping track for me.
