Any recommendations on Meal Prep? Or workout routines? Been reading a lot about both lately and it seems there is no commonly agreed upon Prep/Routine on what works for everyone.

I like kettlebell mixed with body weight exercises. For the time and convenience, nothing better.
I would LOVE kettle bells, Used them during my college athletic days. They are just expensive to get a set. Think last time I looked a 20-50lb set was like $1500?
Dang. That is a lot. I bought some used for a lot less. You really only need a good 35lb, to get started. Don’t go to Walmart. I found that there bells have handles that are too large.
