Another Friday without alcohol... Also first day with no Tobacco, MJ, Energy, Coffee, uncontrollable eating, etc. I honestly am surprising myself with progress on this journey.

Try fasting, psychologically a bit of a hurdle to get over but sooo beneficial. You can simply skip food from one days dinner until the next so you eat every day. 24 hours once per week, it gets easier and after a while you will love it.
So your saying choose 1 day a week (1 day out of each 7) and spend 24 consecutive hours during that time and eat nothing? but drinking is ok?
I use the app “Zero” and do an 18 hour fast daily. It makes it so much easier to track the hours. Highly recommend it, super user friendly.

Thats wild, ill have to look into it. Ive heard of fasting, but like once a year for religious purposes I guess. Never heard of some of this stuff being sent to me. Thanks for the link too!
It's one of the healthiest practices there is in my opinion. Just remember, the first one is the toughest. It gets a lot easier pretty quickly. Good luck!

It's a form of intermittent fasting, theres a few ways to do it beside the once a week for 24 hours and its actually really good for you, but its hard. It led to binge eating in a lot of people i know, so maybe start with shorter interval before the 24hrs
