Day 12:

Weekends are not my strong point. But they will be.. just have to work harder at it. Should finish the book this weekend. Then on to the next. Any suggestions?

The first step to fixing a problem is realizing there is one. If you dont like your weekend performance make a plan for next weekend before it gets here.

You are 12 days in. It takes 30 to make a habit. You're doing great!

are you planning those meals? or just documenting them. My tip don't plan to eat. And no dope, think of it as your enemy trying to kill you. Try a pbj sandwich for lunch and no shake, 1 or no slices of cheese w wings. Disclaimer I have a gut. Do house work

I am not meal planning at this time. I plan on doing it... But I am trying to document them first, See what areas I can improve on and go from there. Thanks for the comment!
