This morning I showed my 4-year-old how to do hindu pushups. She thinks it's really funny how I stick my bum in the air. Later in the day when I was doing them again, she joined me and giggled each time her bum went in the air.
haha 😆 that’s sweet.. my shoulders are a tad too messed up for the dand (hindu pushups) so i just play with the gadha (mace). it’s beautiful how children learn more by osmosis than by instruction
