CityOnchain kind of did this years ago when cities were "owned" by coiners who could then generate some minor income from them with tips etc.

^ Twetch of course rejected the CityOnChain idea but that's another story about 2 brain cells -- yearning neuron activation -- distributed among thousands, then hundreds, then dozens of bitcoiners.
